Mix 1 tablespoon of this delicious vanilla flavoured powder into water, plant-based milk or blend into your favourite smoothie or smoothie bowl. Can also be mixed into yoghurt, oats or porridge. I enjoy all three products in the bundle. They taste good and my skin is looking radiant. I tried them in different combinations with coconut water, tea and even grated ginger, lemon and a teaspoon of honey. I will probably make them part of my routine.

I’ve been taking this amazing bundle every morning for over a year now and it’s my belief that consistency is the key to the changes I’ve seen in my hair, skin , nails and overall better health in my system! This bundle makes a great morning shake and it blends well into water or whatever you like and I find I’m not so hungry anymore so it has helped balance my appetite.
