Avocado Oil, is a rich oil abundant in fatty acids, making it the ideal rejuvenator for dry and chapped lips. With a particularly high content of Vitamins A,B,D, E along with nourishing fats, it has a wonderful ability to hydrate the lips whilst protecting the skin against the elements.
Jojoba Seed Oil, is a prized moisturiser in the skincare world. It is not actually an oil, but rather a liquid wax ester that mimics the makeup of human skin cells and natural wax esters of the skin, allowing it to effectively prevent transepidermal water loss and retain lip moisture. Rich in Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids, Jojoba Seed Oil keeps the lips hydrated, soothes irritated and inflamed lips, and helps to protect the lips from damage.
Shea Butter, is abundant in hydrating, omega 3 rich fatty acid, and free-radical fighting Vitamin E, helping to soothe, moisturise and protect the lips. Acting as an emollient, this hero ingredient provides both short- and long-term hydration, softening the lips for a soft and juicy pout. Shea Butter has also been shown to provide similar topical effects as ceramides, supporting your skin microbiome and forming a protective barrier on the skin to prevent moisture loss and improving the skins healing time, soothing peeling, cracked and flakey lips.
Sugar, gently buffs away dead skill cells and flakes from the lips to prepare the skin for better absorption of other nutrients. Sugar also acts as a humectant, maintaining vital hydration for a plump and juicy pout.
