Aloe Vera – Rich in electrolytes and beneficial mucilage to restore the gut lining.
Complexion Protein+ Powder – Abundant in amino acids, Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid for collagen boosting action.
Skin + Gut Renew Powder – Slippery elm and glutamine for gut restoring action.
Cucumber - For hydration
Hemp Seed Oil – Rich in Omega’s to address gut and skin inflammation.
Pineapple – Contains enzymes to assist digestion and inflammation.
Recipe:
Summer Gut + Glow Recipe
50 ml Aloe Vera Juice
150 ml Plant Based Milk or Water
1 tablespoon Edible Beauty's Complexion+ Protein Powder
1 tablespoon Coconut Kefir or 2 tablespoons Coconut Yoghurt
1 scoop Edible Beauty's Skin + Gut Renew Powder
1 Cucumber
2 teaspoons of Hemp Seed Oil
½ cup frozen pineapple cubes
1 handful mint (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are combined.
