Step 4 of the Core Four – HYDRATE 

This luxurious lightweight moisturiser feels silky smooth and provides a burst of hydration to the skin. An essential final step of the Core Four skincare routine, it locks in moisture and visibly enhances skin firmness and plumpness using a powerful blend of hydrating ingredients including Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, and Camellia Seed Oil. Australian native extracts Davidson Plum and Lemon Aspen work to support the skin’s natural elasticity, leaving skin feeling soft, primed and noticeably plumper.

Key Actives

Camellia Seed Oil: a light-weight phyto-oil abundant in fatty acids to calm and hydrate skin.
Australian Davidson Plum: extracted using innovative liquid cellular matrix technology, strong anti-inflammatory to improve skin elasticity and the appearance of fine lines.
Vitamin E: potent antioxidant, assisting with the reduction of redness and oxidative stress within the skin.

Botanical actives

Australian Rosella Extract, is also known as "nature's botox” plant, thanks to its natural source of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA’s) which support skin cell turnover. It has an ability to block the enzyme elastase that is responible for the breakdown of the skin's connective tissue and also contains vitamin C to support skin collagen production.

Camellia Seed Oil provides exceptional hydration and absorption without greasiness. It is abundant in vitamins C, D, and E along with Omega 6 and 9 and anti-ageing polyphenols, which provide deep nourishment to your skin, youth-preserving actions and a velvety smooth finish.

Cocoa Butter, is the natural fat extracted from the Cacao Bean. Known as the “ultimate moisturiser”, it is rich in fatty acids to help improve skin moisture retention and elasticity. Bursting with B vitamins and vitamin C and E, Cocoa Butter deeply penetrates the skin to visibly plump the skin and enhance skin firmness.

Lemon Aspen, often called Rainforest Lime, grows wild, harvested from the rainforests of Australia. It contains flavone glycosides, strong antioxidants which help to combat the free radicals that damage the skin. It strengthens capillaries, supports collagen production and visibly improves skin texture.

Apply this luxurious lightweight creme to the face and decolletage. It creates a perfect base for make-up and can be used day and night. If you require a more nourishing cream in the evenings we recommend & Coco Bliss Intensive Repair.

Questions & answers

The No.4 Vanilla Silk Hydrating Lotion is fantastic for smoothing and priming the skin before makeup application. A fantastic tip is to use a  mineral make up and blend it with the lotion (using the top of your hand as the palette) before applying it with a brush. The oils in the lotion are hydrating whilst also being well absorbed as the Camellia Seed Oil in the formula promotes their absorption. The Hibiscus extract helps to smooth and hydrate the skin whilst relaxing and filling fine lines. 
Yes! All our skincare is safe and has the pregnancy safe symbol on our website.

The pumps do need quite a few pumps with the bottle in an upright position before the product releases. This can take up to 20 pumps.

Our Vanilla Silk Hydrating Lotion has an SPF of approximately 15-20 (it is slightly higher for our Tinted Vanilla Silk Lotion). The Black Raspberry Seed and Red Raspberry Seed Oils are what provide this natural sun protection. We do recommend using a sunscreen if you are spending more than 20 minutes in direct sunlight.
This product is definitely suited to night time use. The SPF is naturally occuring as an antioxidant in the Black raspberry seed oil so is not a chemical sunscreen or zinc oxide which would not work well at night.
Using coconut oil in our formulas should not cause any breakouts or skin reactions. This is due to the way we blend various oils in our formulas. For instance, the use of Camellia Seed Oil ensures that the coconut oil and other oils penetrate deeply into the skin and do not sit on the skin surface which is what can lead to breakouts.
