Drink Away Dehydration with this Glowing Green Smoothie

What you put in – and on – your body are equally important. Dry skin that feels tight, flaky, and uncomfortable can damage your confidence and self-esteem. This delightful Glowing Green Smoothie recipe has been designed with dry, dehydrated skin in mind.

A combination of super greens and herbs makes this a therapeutic blend of skin nourishing ingredients. For example, spinach is a great source of B vitamins and folate, which can reduce redness and inflammation. It’s also rich in cleansing chlorophyll and fibre. The Smoothie also contains cucumber which is extremely hydrating and rich in silica, which promotes collagen production!
