  • Cinnamon is a warming soothing spice that is recommended for enhancing digestion and calming upset tummies. It also has been shown to assist in balancing blood sugar levels, making it the hero herb in our white chai blend.

Licorice root tea has been traditionally used to assist conditions ranging from an upset stomach to the common cold. It not only tastes delightful but is an effective digestive remedy, soothing upset stomachs and relieving heartburn.

Green Goddess tea is my regular morning wake up tea. The Chai has now become my evening cuppa, sometimes with a splash of almond milk and honey. A lovely end to the day.

This tea is so deliciously fragrant and soothing. At first when I tried it, I thought it wasn’t strong enough, but I hadn’t brewed it for long enough. Now I make sure I leave it long enough for the flavours from the ingredients to release and it’s perfect. I like to drink it in the evening or at night as I find it very calming, not just for the tummy but also to help wind down mentally.
